For most people it has become normal to be doing one thing and at the same time thinking about something completely unrelated. Distracted, wandering mind, unfocussed, on autopilot and checked out – these are just some of the words we have in our vocabulary that refer to this ability of ours to be mentally ‘elsewhere’.
Through connection with our body and choosing to be aware of what is felt and registered, we naturally start to build further awareness.
In this we are making the choice to bring our mind and body together, as one. Here we take a deeper look at awareness and conscious presence, its impact on our health and wellbeing, and the steadiness it brings to our lives.
"Awareness is the ultimate bridge that allows us to feel truth. It will allow us to feel the root cause of all our woes, but also, the great light that we all come from."
