Yoga – awakening intelligence from the body
Yoga – awakening intelligence from the body
Esoteric Yoga, meaning innermost-union, is a living way of being that re-connects us to our soulful nature, the equal aspect of God (Sons of God).
This is Yoga’s original intent and purpose and though the times and methods have changed since the days of Pythagoras and the well-respected teacher and sage Patanjali, the principles remain the same. In that there is nothing to do or achieve, more to simply unfold, to awaken through the intelligence of the body the divinity that is already within us.
Serge Benhayon presents on Patanjali as follows…
"The ancient great teacher known as Patanjali began his lessons with the fact that each student was the Son of God...

Patanjali's living principles were quite easy. The main central thrust was to know you are the Son of God and then proceed to deal with the hindrances that make you think you are not."
Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras are considered to be the first systematic presentation of yoga including the precepts of the eight limbs of Raja Yoga. The sutras were not a study alone but represented the means to a practical living way of being that steadily unfolded the path of union, return to soul.
Throughout history we have been presented with timeless principles of Yoga and in this audio Serge Benhayon looks at how yoga has changed with the times, having evolved to awaken the body in these current times. In Esoteric Yoga we are awakening the body to its divine intelligence once more, communicating directly on an energetic particle level the intelligence that the body innately knows.
The history of Esoteric Yoga
Introducing the history and teachers of Raja Yoga and Esoteric Yoga and how it awakens and communicates with our body.
"Our true evolution is to create a love-filled body (the kingly form) so that we can enhouse and thus express the light of the Soul."
