Making a relationship about true love
Annette and Gabrielle are the “real deal” – couples counsellors who live together in a truly loving and harmonious relationship. Their relationship was not always so great and in this presentation they share with us many practical and amusing tips and insights into how they got to where they are today.
Annette and Gabe express very simply how they came together. After quite a turbulent history of working at relationship issues and understanding love, they committed to establishing a relationship from inception that was devoted to being consistently and truly loving.
Yes, they agree “you don't have to be perfect”, but with a foundation that is strong in its intention and being open to learning the lessons about love that inevitably surface, they share the living proof that you can experience a different quality of relationship; more intimate, more open, with greater growth and a deeper level of love that only gets stronger.
These women today work as Relationship Counsellors. They have been students of Universal Medicine and the Ageless Wisdom since 2000 and their own relationship has provided the practice for their lessons learnt. You can tell from their stories they have worked through the tensions and confrontations for themselves that arise in relationships. It is funny and yet very raw and real to hear the strategies, mottos and rituals they have chosen to help support and develop their awareness in their relationship.
This is simple wisdom that has been tried, tested and refined so that it always returns to love.
