This super yummy smoothie is jam-packed full of antioxidants and vitamins, and will sustain you for the day ahead. Fun and easy to make, it's a great one for the kids to help with too.

Ingredients
- ¼ avocado
- 1 handful of kale
- 2 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of blueberries
- 3 tablespoons of soaked raw almonds
- water, depending on consistency
Method
- Blend all the ingredients together to the consistency you like, some may like to sip it through a straw or eat it with a spoon.
Inspiration
- For those with a sweet tooth, add dates or a dash of honey.
- For a thicker consistency add a few more almonds to the mix.
- Not a fan of kale? Try substituting with spinach.
