Awareness

One of the seemingly perplexing things about awareness is how we are all so very much more aware than we choose to be aware of.

The famous “the emperor has no clothes on” story is one of many such examples where it took the innocence of a child to state the obvious that everyone could see but was denying.

There is an immense value in developing our awareness and becoming aware of what we are already aware of – because the truth is, as clairsentient beings we are all constantly aware of everything going on around us and within us regardless of whether we give focus to it or not.

"The Ancient Wisdom is what you are and it is where you come from. And, it is precisely this that we need to become MORE AWARE of.

Become more aware – why do we need to become MORE AWARE?

The point is – we are de-sensitised to the point where lies can manipulate us simply because we do not feel the energy that is in those words, which, if we allowed our inner awareness to come to the fore, would simply expose them to be of truth or not. And thus, we exist in a society we know is not truth simply because we have allowed it to get that way by not holding to account the power of the word to meet what the inner-heart feels."

Energetic awareness is the ability to discern which source any word, thought, action or movement comes from. Is it fiery from the Soul or is it harmful and from the astral plane?

It is essentially the ability to discern the energetic quality of any one thing and thus whether it will heal or harm. This is something young children do naturally with ease. We are all born with equal levels of awareness, but how much of this we remain connected to will depend on how we are raised and the choices we make in our daily lives.

"Through awareness, we develop understanding. With understanding we develop true sight. With true sight we will seek to heal and or correct what is not true. What is not true will then be revealed in full. "

We all know what is love and what is truth because that is who we are at our innermost.

We know that it is not loving to speak harshly to each other, we know that eating that extra piece of cake is not something that supports our body, we know that the sensationalist story we read in the newspaper is embellished and not true, we know when someone who is angry smiles at us that the smile is not genuine and so on and so on.

And, all of the above is just at a very, very basic level – yet if we admitted even these simple things it might mean that we would need to change our life and our way of relating to each other.

"Keep always in mind that – to shut down our awareness of the fact that we are always feeling energy, we need to use substances such as food, alcohol, drugs and or mental energy in numbing and distraction mode. Hence, to say you are or were not aware is to say that – you felt it, were fully aware, but you chose to numb-out what you felt and saw."

But there is more in that the more aware we allow ourselves to be, even more awareness is unfolded and revealed to us… there is no end.

With greater awareness comes greater responsibility which is perhaps a clue as to why many of us seek to deaden or dull our awareness. This may be through certain food we eat that can put our body into a stimulated or sedated state, or it may be by adopting certain behaviours that keep us in an agitated state such as being reactive or judgemental or allowing emotions to take over and cloud what we see.

In other words – we (as spirits) are experts in knowing exactly what measures need to be put in place to reduce our awareness and thus seemingly reduce the level of responsibility we hold in supporting each other to evolve back to who we truly are (Soul).

"So what does it mean to become ENERGETICALLY AWARE AGAIN? It means that – we make the conscious choice to take greater notice of all that is happening by taking responsibility in knowing that one is responsible for it all – all of the time."

"It is important to grasp here that whilst we can shut down our awareness to the fact that we are feeling energy in all that we do, say and think, we cannot in fact stop feeling it as such, but can lose our awareness of the fact and therefore, it may seem like, or, it may be one’s reality that they seemingly do not feel the energy that is in them and all around them. Hence, the subject of ‘Energetic Awareness’ now becomes a very personalised study since one would be curious to know as to why and how we in fact are immutably clairsentient and yet our experiences are mostly, if not all, anything but that!"

Awareness is never for the one, it is always for the all. As we are in a constant relationship with each other in the lives that we live, we have the opportunity and responsibility to be in a continual and ever-deepening relationship not only with each other but also with the Universe we are a part of. Furthermore, this Universe (God’s body) is in constant communication with us but do we live in a way that enables us to access and understand this communication?

It is perhaps our ultimate responsibility and one of the greatest gifts we can give our children: in families, communities and schools, to raise them with awareness so that they do not shy away from seeing things as they truly are. In this way they will develop a healthy relationship with awareness

When we can easily discern the energetic quality of all things, corruption cannot lay root. Furthermore, if we raise our children with awareness, we are investing in our future wisely for we are the ones who will one day be parented by the standards we set now when we eventually return (reincarnate) to do it all again.
