A life changing story about Serge Benhayon’s purple books
The purple books from Serge Benhayon changed my life.
In 2011 I had never heard about Serge Benhayon or Universal Medicine. It was a very tumultuous time in my life and I knew there were changes needing to be made, but was lacking truly supportive direction. I was going through the process of returning to my true self.
Separating from any emotional attachment to the choices that were not supportive in my life was very difficult for me then. And in this process, I found two of Serge Benhayon's purple books in a friend’s house. I asked to borrow them, and started with the first book, The Way It Is. It felt difficult to understand, so I decided to read the third book in the collection, The Way of Initiation instead, and boy oh boy, was I ready for initiation!
I literally could not put this book down, and read it day and night, because every page that I read felt like I was being held by a very close friend. I did not understand every word but everything felt natural, if that makes sense. It felt like the books had opened my mouth and spoken everything that I knew but have never expressed. It was the most intimate feeling I have ever felt in my life.
When reading the book, it was a feeling of a deep surrender straight into the safest place within my heart; I needed nothing in this place and it was so beautiful, I could not get enough of it. There was an absolute trust felt, as there are no doubts when truth is felt.
After reading the The Way of Initiation, I moved back to The Way It Is and this time the book made much more sense. Since then I have ordered more books from the Universal Medicine website. Reading these purple books is not entertainment; it provided a very tangible support that I received to make changes and different choices in my daily life. Every time I flipped open a book, any passage that I came across would be speaking to me directly in relation to something that is on-going in my life – the opportunity to receive guidance and clarity was constant.
From being lost, I returned to the confirmation that truth is natural within me; even though it is not reflected very much in the world that I know . . . it is there.
Since I lived in Hong Kong, very far away from the Universal Medicine centres and could not access their services as easily, I read and re-read the books until I was ready to make the choice to visit Vietnam to attend a Universal Medicine retreat. The immense support that the purple books gave me was no less than the support from the community that I later got the chance to meet and enjoy.
Serge Benhayon's books changed my life as I once again began initiating an expression that I have not lived for a long time, but am now re-living. I no longer feel alone, isolated or afraid to speak out lest what I say won't be received. Every day it is an on-going learning, but I will never hold back on expressing truth again.
